Minimalism
What it is:
I see Minimalism as a way to maximize your time ⌚ and headspace😌 and putting it as much into what you care about the most. I care the most about making sure that all of us are well taken care of ✌️ and that we have the right to live in peace & dignity 💖. Things which don’t aid me in doing that (eg : stamps , coins 💰 etc) and become an additional maintenance cant stay, doesn’t get any simpler.✅

How you can start:
Make a list of things 📋 you use/need daily + documents you absolutely need.
Everything else either is one of :
Extras what you use daily or need daily. 📚
Easy to maintain objects that genuinely makes you happy 🤗
Something you should give away/donate🎗️…..so that you can donate yourself 🐖some time & mind space.
You are way less materialistic 👄 than you recognize and you need way less shirts. makeup and sneakers to be happy. You deserve to feel free 🕊️.
How it benefitted me:
Got more opportunities💸🖥️
I became more mobile 🧳i.e: I can go anywhere or move anywhere in less than a day (Moving is a pain 😤, that I know way too well (Don’t ask) AND I removed 70% of it.)
In general felt much more peaceful 😌
I simply stopped hoarding 📦📦 & overbuying 🛍️ , in general becoming much happier 🤗

You don’t have to be a minimalist or be part of a certain club to use this to your advantage. Its a easy way to get a life upgrade whenever you want.
Meal-Prep
What it is:
For me its making or your meals 🍚 95-100% of the way ahead of time.
I am going to keep it real , this is not the mealprep that I do. ❌

And this meal prep is only for the legends 👑

I will make the food🍚, store it in bigger containers and then portion out each meal when I actually eat, so I can get what I feel like eating rather than look at a pre-portioned box 🍱 each day.

How it benefitted me:
I was able to eat 🍴. When stuff is prepared 100% or 95% of the way, I eat. Like no joke, I have been doing each week this since 3 years & I am eating 3 ☘️ times a day like a normal person (cant stop patting myself on the back😎), No complaints from me.
I don’t have to think what I will have for breakfast, lunch, dinner. 🍲
I don’t cook 6 out of the 7 days a week nor do I need to order out 📭 on the regular, I can enjoy the highest quality food 🍨 that there is i.e home-cooked 🏡food 🥘 made by for me by me.
I became a better cook and a better planner/executor in the kitchen, because food has to taste good 🤤 when you are planning on eating it regularly for the week.
Meditation
What it is: For me, its the practice of focusing deeply 😌 on what you truly desire.

How you can start:
Its about bring back focus 🔥 on what is happening in the present.
Meditation is a great way to be present. 5 deep breaths of gratitude are a calming and a joyful 😊 way of experiencing the present in the best way possible.
When you have more time I welcome you try the below mediation and experience how worthy you truly are.🥰
How it benefitted me:
I need more focus on what matters most to me 💓 because its easy to get caught up in the whirlwind 🌀 of circumstances that come up on the daily, this helps me focus on what matters most to me even if its for 10 -20 min ⏲️ a day.
Grounds me 🌱, Brings me back to reality.
Calms me down.😌
Its my way of telling myself that I got me ❤️ and I give a ___ about me & my priorities.
Feeds my spirituality 🌙 & shows me that somehow everything is happening for me.
Disclaimer : You could implement all 3 & still feel stuck or sad 😟, that’s when you know you need to increase the dose 💊 of the above 3. I can say for sure that implementing all 3 in some capacity or another will lift your standard of living up 😎. You will still experience emotions 🥺 and circumstances as you did but your ability to cope, keep your inner equilibrium intact ⚖️ and find peace ☮️ in general should certainly increase.
Trying all these 3 things for yourself is #SelfHelp in the realest sense 😃
