Are you guzzling down raw greens for health , trust me you will be craving a chocolate bar in less than an hour. Its not a mind over body thing, our brain needs satiating food to feel well fed, so make food or get food that will satisfy you the first time 😂 .
Btw The best ingredient in cooking is time , the more time you marinate , roast or simmer the more chance you have of satisfying yourself without having resort to processed food that you will regret :-)
