Recipe+MealPrep: Grilled Pineapple & Butter Grilled Corn
Nothing quite says summer like beautiful grilled pineapple & corn.

What we gonna need:
Corn 🌽
Pineapple Discs 🍍/ Rounds ideally
Agave / Maple Syrup
Plant Butter 🧈
Chilli Powder 🌶️
Peri Peri (if you have)
Sugar
Salt 🧂
Lemon Juice in the end🍋
Glaze For The Pineapple :
Mix 1/4 Tsp Chilli Powder + 1/4 Tsp Peri Peri + (1 + 1/2) Tbsp Plant Butter + Salt to taste + 1 Tsp Sugar + 1 Tsp Agave (Multiply as needed , will keep well in the fridge)
Glaze for The Corn :
Mix 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder + 1 Tsp Peri Peri + 2 Tbsp Plant Butter + Salt to taste + 1/2 Tsp Sugar + 1 Tsp Agave (Multiply as needed , will keep well in the fridge)
Grilling The Corn
If you got corn with husk you will need to clean it first, then boil it in water for 15 - 20 min. You only have to do this once so you can prepare a batch.
Brush the corn with the glaze generously.
Put the corn directly on the flame🔥 until charred.
You can squeeze lemon in the end.
Grilling The Pineapple
You should ideally use a panini press for this .
Put the glazed pineapple on the pre-heated griddle, if using a panini press, press down to grill from both sides for 5-7 min.
Dont ask me why but my father 👨👧 loves this stuff . The gif you see above☝️ is exactly how he looked as he devoured the corn. It was truly adorable 💓 and yes this is exactly why I wrote this so that I could let the world know
because cuteness shouldn’t be suppressed…
