Prep Time For Sauce : 5 min
Cook Time For Rice : (10-15min soaked / 20 min in the microwave )
What We Gonna Need
1 Jar of Roasted Red π΄ Bell Peppers
(Seeπvideo to learn how to open stubborn jars)
2 Jalpaenoβs (I use frozen βοΈβοΈ which is why they donβt burn)
1/2 block Silken Tofuπ’
3-4 chunks Pineapple π (DONT miss out on the pineapple)
Salt π§, Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinegar π§΄ To Taste
How we gonna make it
As you will see, I blend π all the above ingredients for 30s and then to serve π² I mix equal portion sauce with equal parts cooked rice π and finish with balsamic vinegar π§΄ and olive oil.
