What we gonna need
Roasted Red Bell Pepper ๐ถ๏ธ
Frozen Jalapeno
4-6 cups/900ml full coconut milk ๐ฅฅ or cream
Tofu Chunks ๐ข/ Any Protein Or Veggies of choice
Apple Cider Vinegar ๐งด
Tikka Masala Spice
๐ด Kashmiri Chilli Powder / Chilli powder or flakes (Add as much spice as you/your family or guests prefer and tolerate) ๐ด
Salt ๐ง + Sweetener of Choice (Agave,Maple,Stevia,Sugar etc)
Olive Oil
How we gonna make it
In a blender, Blend:
Roasted Red Bell Pepper ๐ถ๏ธ
Frozen Jalapeno
Apple Cider Vinegar
Tikka Masala Spice
Kashmiri Chilli Powder / Chilli powder or flakes
Salt + Sweetener of Choice
Olive Oil
In a pot
Pour out the mixture, add the tofu chunks or any plant-based protein you prefer.
Marinate the mixture with chunks of Tofu 4hrs - overnight and bake for an hour at 350F next day directly, At the half way point add the 900mls of plant milk, the creamier the better.
PSA: I have NO experience with animal meat so cant advice on how cooking the marination directly will work if you try that. Substitute in that realm at your own risk.
