How long its gonna take

Once a week/Once a month Prep will take 15 - 20 min depending on how much you have.
What we gonna need
(These brackets are me giving you realistic swaps and welcoming you to not lose your shit because you dont have an ingredient , I promise with a little time, ingenuity and optimism this will work out #life. I care about you being well fed, not make you feel inadequate for not having or liking stuff that i like)
Beets π±
Apple π (Pears will work too)
Banana π ( Sweet potato chunks will work)
Mango π₯ (Optional , you can use berries)
Pineapple π (Optional , you can berries or orange)
Lemons π (or tangerine)
Spinach π (Any greens will do)
Oat flour (OPTIONAL if you want to stay fuller)
Prep
Cut up beets , Apples , Banana , Mango , Pineapple into chunks and bag them or store them in containers π₯ If you brought them pre-chunked forget about this lol
Pro Tip : Bananas will stick together in a freezer bag so store them in a box (You will thank me ππ)
Method:
Blend:
1-2 chunk Beets
3 chunks Apple

Half a Banana

4-5 small chunks Mango

1-2 chunks Pineapple

1 tsp Lemons
π
Half a handful Spinach
π
2tbsp - 4tbsp Oat flour
(OPTIONAL if you want to stay fuller)
Why I love it
It makes beets taste great first thing in the morning lol, but for real it has calmed me down and helped me be much more in equilibrium physically & mentally. Its so nutrient dense in vitamins and minerals for your immunity & well-being but much more importantly it tastes fantasticπ₯, amazing to cleanse and nourish your system first thing in the morning βοΈ without turning on your stove.
What can I say its been highly highly convenient for me to be able to drink πΉ my way into a much more harmonious and happy mindset first thing in the morning or anytime I need a boostπ. I am giving myself that crown π for making drinkable harmony π
